From community, to mechanism, to a park
The operating company established, holding a Human Resources Service License.
Connecting international students, alumni and young professionals.
Designated as a Chaoyang District talent startup incubation base.
Launched November 2025 — the institutional framework connecting talent authorities, parks, public services and the operating team.
Opened April 2026 within Beijing National Advertising Industrial Park.

Startup Alliance's work with international founders has been featured by major national and Beijing media.
In H1 2026 the park hosted Beijing's vice mayor, the CPPCC special inspection group, the Municipal Development & Reform Commission, the Municipal Organization Department and the Municipal Talent Work Bureau.
